Pay first is the system used by Wharton Pro (WP) to improve service efficiency. Payment for consultation appointments must be made in full prior to the scheduled time and date. Requests for document services that cost $150 or less must be fully paid in advance. For all requests costing more than $150.00, a deposit of 50% of the total is required, with the remaining balance due on the day of delivery or collection. Requests for Business Development and Promotion services will require the quoted deposit be paid in full prior to commencement of service as well as the remainder due after the work is finished.
